General conditions for granting the guarantee:

The Fashion Boutique RO SRL store, as a seller, offers you a guarantee for the purchased products. Please keep the tax invoice in case of a complaint. Complaints can be made to the address office@fashionboutique.ro or in writing to str. Biruintei, No. 45, Floor 1, Apartment 10, Popesti Leordeni, IF. During the warranty period, the fiscal invoice will ensure all the rights conferred by the legislation in force, Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and Romanian Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 republished on consumer protection for defects not attributable to the consumer, provided that the cleaning and maintenance instructions are followed recommended. In case of non-conformity of the product, the customer can request the repair of the product, its replacement or, if this is not possible, the return of the consideration. The reparative measure can be established through joint negotiation, but it will not exceed a maximum of 15 days from the date on which the complaint was made. In the event of a complaint, Fashion Boutique RO SRL can replace the product with an identical one and if it is not in stock, offer an exchange product to the customer. If the customer does not want the exchange of products, he will receive the equivalent value of the product.

The seller's responsibility is assumed in accordance with the provisions of art. 16 of Law 449/2003. The seller is responsible for the lack of conformity existing at the time when the products were delivered.

Art. 10. - In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to request the seller to bring the product into conformity, free of charge, by repair or replacement, according to art. 11, or to benefit from the corresponding price reduction or the resolution of the contract regarding this product, under the conditions of art. 13 and 14.
Art. 11. -(1) In case of non-compliance, the consumer has the right to ask the seller first of all to repair the product or has the right to request the replacement of the product, in each case without payment, except in the case where the measure is impossible or disproportionate .
(2) A remedial measure will be considered disproportionate if it imposes costs on the seller that are unreasonable compared to the other remedial measure, taking into account:

(4) Any repair or replacement of the products will be done within a reasonable period of time, established by mutual agreement, in writing, between the seller and the consumer, and without any significant inconvenience for the consumer, taking into account the nature of the products and the purpose for which he requested the products. The established time period cannot exceed 15 calendar days from the date on which the buyer informed the seller of the lack of conformity of the product.
Art. 12. - The notion of no payment, provided for in art. 10 and 11, refer to all the costs necessary to bring the products into compliance, including the costs of postage, transport, handling, diagnosis, expertise, disassembly, assembly, labor, materials used and packaging.
Art. 13. - The consumer can request a corresponding price reduction or contract termination in any of the following cases:
a) if it does not benefit from either the repair or replacement of the product;
b) if the seller has not taken the remedial measure within a reasonable period of time;
c) if the seller did not take the remedial measure, according to art. 11 para. (4), without significant inconvenience for the consumer.
Art. 14. - The consumer is not entitled to request the termination of the contract, if the lack of conformity is minor.
