Fresh homemade pizza topped with cherry tomatoes and basil on a wooden table, served with cutlery.

Let's have a pizza! :)

Well, look, it seems like it's hard to post on this blog, I don't know, it's the habit, it's the fact that I've never had a blog, it's the fact that "it's hard" at the beginning or I don't have writing talent, finally...let's get back to the topic...Yesterday, I got home around 2 and like any loving husband, I asked my wife what she would like to eat, where we both agreed on a pizza, said and done:- I made the dough with 000 flour and a bag of yeast, respectively olive oil (no, I didn't put sugar, it's not necessary, if you mix the yeast with warm water it dissolves), and I left it to ferment for about 2 hours. I made it in a ratio of 1 to 1 water vs. flour. - I took some bacon, I'm from Transylvania (no, not from Spain from the World Cup), some salami, some salami, tomatoes, grated Telemea cheese and a bit of parmesan and gorgonzola and I prepared them - when my wife got on the subway, I started to put the dough in the pan, arrange all the above mentioned on top, and put them in the oven, about 170 degrees, for about 40 minutes - in the meantime, I went to wait for my wife from the subway, not that she wouldn't know the way home, but more so that I could exercise because, if we still have "suffering", the doctor said to exercise more - I arrived home with the boss, I increased the oven by about 10 degrees, turned on the ventilation, beat 2 eggs and threw them over and that was it. It was good, we liked it! We understand that it will not be a traditional recipe, Sicilian, Neapolitan, Romanian or I know what, but above all, 2 things are important: 1. that you like it and 2. that you can you do it. Come on, only good thoughts, I'm going back to work, Yours Alex
